Year 2 Food Technology
During our Great Fire of London topic we had the opportunity to make bread rolls, just like Thomas Farriner, the baker who was responsible for starting the great fire. We worked in small groups in the Food Technology room with an adult. We took turns to follow each instruction. First we measured each quantity out accurately and followed the instructions carefully to make sure that the rolls would bake correctly. Finally when they were baked we were allowed to take our golden, fresh smelling rolls home!
